Soundtrack
Eleven tracks across both dungeons, each one tied to a specific room or moment rather than looping generically behind the whole run.
How the music actually works
Nothing crossfades - Minecraft can only start or stop a sound outright, so every transition below is a hard cut, timed to a door opening or a boss standing up. A track that runs out before the room is finished starts over from its own beginning, not from wherever a fade would pick up. It is a soundtrack built out of cues, not a continuous score.
The Sealed Gate
Four tracks, one dungeon, played in a straight line - the first place the Dark Knight ever had a theme.
♬ Chapter - 3:17
Chapters 1 and 2, played through as one continuous piece from the moment you walk in.
♬ The Walk Down - 2:40
Chapter 2 falls, the last door opens, and this plays for the walk to the throne room - nothing fighting you, just the descent.
♬ The Wave - 3:31
The final room's monsters, before he ever appears.
♬ The Dark Knight - 4:15
His track. He drops into the room five seconds in - the timing is not an accident.
The Ascent
Seven tracks. The palace gets a fuller score than the chapel did, and one of them is not really a track at all.
♬ Chapter 1 - 4:04
The opener, fighting your way in.
♬ The Climb - 4:39
Chapter 1 cleared, the parkour and the vent, all the way up to the throne room door.
♬ The Throne Room - 3:19
The Dark Knight's servants, waves of two, four, then six.
♬ He Stands - 3:15
The moment he stops sitting and actually fights you himself.
♬ The Wardens - 4:01
Aureon's own room, before the Giant.
♬ The Giant - 2:37
What Aureon was actually guarding.
♬ … - 6:10
Not a cue - an ambient bed under Aureon's own lines, played quietly and at random, never once looped straight through.
This is the closest thing to a leitmotif he gets. It never fully repeats the same way twice.
Why the last one sounds different every time
Minecraft's sound engine cannot seek into a track or fade one in. So the random feeling in Aureon's ambient bed is really just many restarts from track zero, spaced out at random intervals of roughly twenty to fifty seconds - not a mix moving underneath him, just the same six minutes, entered at a different door each time.
